At City Camp, kids 6-12 visit special Bay Area places to find out what makes cities work and why they are special. City Camp takes fun, fascinating FIELD TRIPS EVERYDAY! City Campers develop skills to understand and enjoy the unique resources and opportunities cities offer. They walk and take BART, buses, cable cars and ferries. They learn to read maps, look for landmarks, and safely explore the city. City Campers find out that cities need kids - offering children positive urban experiences fosters a lifelong appreciation that can help cities become stronger, healthier, more attractive places to live. Most of all, City Camp is FUN!
